ftp 连接错误530，传输文件错误

      win下安装ftp服务可参考 ：http://blog.csdn.net/edward_qing_lee/article/details/8982824  

        本人为ftp创建的用户名为ftp，用改用户登录的时候出现如下错误：

<span style="white-space:pre"></span>530-User cannot log in.<span style="white-space:pre"></span> Win32 error:   Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.<span style="white-space:pre"></span> Error details: Anonymous authentication is not allowed.

 经过查询，不允许ftp的用户存在，修改用户为userftp，可以正常登录；

 在像ftp 服务器中上传文件的时候会不时的出现如下错误：

 

解决办法为：在iis中ftp服务的高级设置中将 允许utf-8 的true 改为 false
