iOS开发70-iOS Xcode Instrument无法监测App，选择Choose Target后，找不到当前项目对应的app程序

打开Xcode工程， clean (Shift+Command+K), Build (Command+B), Profile (Command+I).

1、拔掉设备（iPhone/iPad），关掉设备。（长按电源键）
2、关闭Xcode和Instruments
3、重启设备（iPhone/iPad）,并连接到电脑。
4、重新打开Xcode

5、打开工程 clean (Shift+Command+K), Build (Command+B), Profile (Command+I)
