Outlook express loads Windows messenger when a communication service is configured even when MSN Messenger is running

Hi, I'm currently using MSN Messenger. My company has setup a Live Communication Services server, and I have installed and configured Windows Messenger 5.0 to connect to It. Even when Windows Messenger 5.0 is closed and MSN Messenger running, Windows Messenger will be loaded when I open Outlook Express. If I uncheck the "Communication Services" radio in and close windows Messenger, It will not be loaded anymore. (By the way I can reproduce it programatically with Visual Basic if I try to instanciate the Messenger COM Object). Is it a known issue? Is there anything I can do to avoid that? Thanks a lot for you help, but this option was currently not checked for me. It's a different problem apparently linked with Communication Services. The problem is that when I open Outlook express, Windows Messenger is launched even if MSN Messenger is al;ready running and connected. It realy makes me think of a MS bug (I remember of a problem of compatibility between Windows Messenger 4.7 and MSN Messenger 5.0 on XP. This problem was fixed by MSN 6.0 and a new version of 4.7). Any other idea?
