CS(coding scheme)和MCS(modulation and coding scheme)

在GPRS和EDGE系统中，使用两种编码，GMSK和8PSK

GPRS是GMSK；编码方式：CS-1到-CS-4；

EDGE是8PSK；编码方式是MCS1~9

在系统中，格式如下

CHANNEL_CODING_COMMAND(参考3GPP44.018)

The CHANNEL_CODING_COMMAND field (2 bit field)indicates the coding scheme to be used for transmission, see3GPP TS 45.003:

      0 0   coding scheme 1,CS-1;
      0 1   coding scheme 2,CS-2;
      1 0   coding scheme 3,CS-3;
      1 1   coding scheme 4, CS-4.
