Eclipse打war包（maven项目）错误To see the full stack trace of the errors, re-run Maven with the -e switch

今天测试时，服务器上面的项目有问题，就重新打包了，第一打包成功，通过FTP工具上传到服务器上面，但是到第二次时，一直报错，看了日志没有啥，后来问了同事，才知道，maven对这个目录有保护，FTP打开了这个目录，因此打包才不成功的，把FTP工具关掉，重新打包，就可以了。问题终于找到了 ，记录一下。
