Something need to record

I have been working more than 5 years. Many technology have been used but I never try to write them down. I did not realized this is a big question until i have an interview in a company which i'm looking forward to.  The interviewer asked me some basic question about testing and i found that i could not remember them. So i make a decision. I will sumarize the technology i used and write them down.
