添加启动动画，模拟器有，真机没有。报错是什么原因？

这个不是因为尺寸不对，而是因为你所用的启动页的图片改过格式。例如：原来的格式为.ipg后来被改成.png了。
解决的方法很简单的，那就是重新导出一遍就行了，不要直接改格式，也不要去麻烦你们那些UI大人们。
导出的方法：1.打开要更改的图片
2.打开文件->导出
3.然后在格式上面选择png。
4.重新替换图片。
对于命名来说，最好图片名字中不要出现"."，这个有可能会导致有些机型无法适配，识别不出来，尤其是启动图。
