The two way to encode sms email address

The first mode is the IS-41 Workaround method. The Originating Address shall contain the address 6245, encoded as a phone number (4-bit DTMF encoding). The email address shall be placed in the User Data subparameter as the first contiguous character string. A space shall separate the email address from the text of the message. The second mode for email addresses is referred to in this document as Standard mode. This mode is defined such that the DIGIT_MODE parameter is set to 1, the NUMBER_MODE parameter is set to 1, and the NUMBER_TYPE parameter is set to 010. Support for standard mode is RECOMMENDED, but NOT REQUIRED. A device that does support this mode MUST allow for selection between IS-41 workaround and Standard modes through a hidden programming menu and/or a PRI setting
