包是否被接收。
碰撞的包不会被接收。
丢失率和碰撞感觉是一个东西。

This statistic represents the average number of bits successfully received or transmitted by the receiver or transmitter channel per unit time, in bits per second.

成功接收的或者传输的单位比特数。
