EditText被软键盘遮挡，所在的ScrollView不会向下滚动怎么办

点击下面的编辑框的时候，被弹起来的软键盘挡住了

我的布局文件如下：

请问如何实现编辑EditText的时候，软键盘弹出，ScrollView向下滚动，刚好滚到EDitText在软键盘的上方
网上找了一些方法都不管用
