开发工具：Eclipse Neon项目构建工具：Maven

详细报错内容：

Could not calculate build plan: Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-war-plugin:2.3 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-war-plugin:jar:2.3Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-war-plugin:2.3 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-war-plugin:jar:2.3

我的报错原因是在maven本地仓库中一直加载不了maven-war-plugin-2.3.jar这个jar包，但我看到本地仓库中，其他版本的都能加载上，对比观察发现2.3版本中缺少maven-war-plugin-2.3.pom和jar包文件，于是拷贝加载正常的pom文件保存在2.3版本中，打开maven-war-plugin-2.3.pom，将文件中的版本信息修改成2.3相关的，然后在http://mvnrepository.com下载maven-war-plugin-2.3.jar保存到2.3版本路径中，最后在项目中执行maven--->Update Project，发现问题解决，不再报错。
