svn配置路径配置

注意，在配置过程中，一般需要先用admin(管理员用户先进行配置进入后创建多个文件夹分别对应如：php, android … 授权对应的路径)，这样才能在后续配置路径中可用。如果不是， 就会在checkout中出现如下错误:

URL 'svn://xxx.xx.xxx.xxx:xxxx/php/' doesn't exist
