新笔记本安装网卡驱动出现The Realtek Ethernet Controller was not found.If Deep Sleep Mode is enabled

Dell Inspiron 3558笔记本，出厂win10系统，重装win7后在设备管理器找不到有线网卡适配器。驱动精灵硬件检测也找不到有线网卡，只有无线网卡能用。
在官网找到对应驱动，http://www.dell.com/support/home/cn/zh/cndhs1/product-support/servicetag/hpcpd32/drivers/advanced ，准备手动安装
安装网卡驱动出现：
The Realtek Ethernet Controller was not found.If Deep Sleep Mode is enabled Please Plug the Cable.
解决方案：
进入BIOS，设置Lan Controller为enabled
