1、下载dtd文件
2、在eclipse中配置本地dtd文件
2、在eclipse中配置本地dtd文件
在eclipse中Window->Preferences->XML->XML Catalog打开DTD配置界面
3、选择User Specified Entries，然后点击 Add...
location:即本地dtd文件所在的位置 如：D:\Compressed Files\mybatis-3-config.dtd
key type:选择public id -//mybatis.org//DTD Config 3.0//EN
key:选择xml文件声明中的public key
Alternative web address:这个选择dtd的weburl，即本地dtd不存在时回去web上去找dtd 如： http://www.mybatis.org/dtd/mybatis-3-config.dtd
4、确定，重启eclipse就好了
