oracle 12C中升级11g数据库到12c遇到ORA-65139

今天使用dbua升级了原来一个11.2.0.4的数据库，升级较慢3个多小时，但升级比较顺利。 不过在后面将11g的数据库插入
到12c中出错

在升级完后，跑完fix脚本后，以open read only模式打开数据库，使用dbms_pdb.describe生成xml文件后，就不要打开数据库了，或者需要打开，打开完重新read only 生成xml文件
