The steps installing gcc in fedora8

the resources needed:
1.GCC download address
2.prepare needed for installing GCC
  gmp and mpfr download here
install-steps:
1.install gmp and mpfr
unrive tar and go into the filebox,then './configure','make' and 'make install';
2.install GCC(for detail,please check gcc install guide in the same directory.)

(3)make install
