ERROR J2EE HTTP0004 Internal error raised tyring to instantiate web-application: rhtest defined in web site OC4J 10g (10.1.3) De

今天DAT环境遇到一个big question，系统无法登陆了。
据配置管理员提供的日志中发现了这样的错误“ERROR J2EE HTTP0004 Internal error raised tyring to instantiate web-application: rhtest defined in web site OC4J 10g (10.1.3) Default Web Site. Index: 0, Size: 0”；
谷歌了半天，百度了半天都没有找到相应的解决方案。
用自己的本地试验发生了一个监听的错误：“2008-11-10 17:12:26 org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext start
严重: Context startup failed due to previous errors”
这个问题奇怪就在于本地的程序未从DAT上获取过最新的版本，为何上周五可以使用，而今天DAT环境宕机之后本地也同样的不能够使用了呢？
B/S 靠谱不？
PS：问题仍未解决，待解决后，再写一下解决的方案。
