   I will go on the unfinished project last week in this week.  The schedule will re-adjusted.  As a matter of fact, the project
developing schedule have to be re-adjusted when met an important problem.  During developing, there are many an unexpected cases.
So, a good project manager should put aside the enough time to solve those unexpected situations when computing out the whole project
developing schedule.

  How long time ought to be as for reserve time?  There is not a formula that can be used precisely.  Usually, in our group, we
adopt the last of the coding time as the reserve time.  The coding means begining to implement a program.  At that phase, with
exception of implement, checking wether a design can be implemented is also went on at once.  So, it is an important phase in developing
period.
