Can not connect to Service chromedriver

用webdriver调用浏览器的时候发生了错误
提示：
raise WebDriverException(“Can not connect to the Service %s” % self.path)
selenium.common.exceptions.WebDriverException: Message: Can not connect to the Service chromedriver

大致意思是链接不到服务，找不到路径
解决方法：
一、用百度查了一下，并没有发现类似的问题，后面用google有查到一样的问题，但很遗憾并没有人给出解答
二、尝试从PATH下手，发现一切正常
三、查看hosts文件配置
cat /etc/hosts

Localhost (DO NOT REMOVE)

127.0.0.1 TKPT450

::1 localhost ip6-localhost ip6-loopback
fe00::0 ip6-localnet
ff00::0 ip6-mcastprefix
ff02::1 ip6-allnodes
ff02::2 ip6-allrouters

尝试添加127.0.0.1 localhost
再运行代码
