maven更新项目的时候，在还没有下载完成就终止了，第二次从本地导入项目的时候，pom文件报错，提示说是cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of RIIL_Releases_Repository has elapsed or updates are forced.，大概的意思就是在本地的库中已经有缓存的文件了，导致的原因是上次的更新到一半的时候就终止了，或者是强迫更新，然后解决的办法就是，在你自己的本地库中，把所有的.lastUpdate的文件全部删除，然后再重新导入文件，问题就解决了。
