1. 创建一个带有maven的web项目（可参考如何创建带有maven的web项目）
2. 配置struts.xml

3.配置web.xml

4.创建helloworld.jsp

<html><body><h2>Hello World!</h2></body></html>

访问测试

http://localhost:8080/helloworld/hello
