解决Ubuntu无法从外部应用启动Chrome打开链接的问题

遇到的问题：从外部应用（如WPS Presentation）打开连接后，chrome只显示一个空的标签，不会自动跳转
平台：Ubuntu 16.04 Desktop

Open file: $HOME/.local/share/applications/google-chrome.desktop
