HEVC代码学习9:getInterMergeCandidates函数

今天需要统计Merge的候选列表信息,来看下getInterMergeCandidates函数,用于建立merge候选列表。
其主要工作流程:
1.建立空间列表,如果达到最大候选数,退出。
2.空间列表不能填满候选列表,建立时域列表补足,如果达到最大候选数,退出。
3.空间+时域列表不能填满候选列表,建立组合列表补足,如果达到最大候选数,退出。
4.若依然为填满,则使用零MV补足。
