1.在myeclipse中配置已安装好的maven,window-preferences-maven4myeclipse,
a.找到installations将安装的maven添加进来，
b.找到user_settings,将user settings设置为maven项目下的conf/settings.xml.
2.新建一个web工程，添加上maven support。
