执行命令： git commit -m 时候一时抽风，没有写描述，直接来了个文件名，然后悲剧了：
fatal: Unable to create ‘………/.git/index.lock’: File exists.
好吧…最后查资料获得解决方法
rm -f ./.git/index.lock然后重新 提交就可以了
