Generic and Scalable Framework for Automated Time-series Anomaly Detection 这篇paper是yahoo时间序列异常检测EGADS的介绍文章。 egads(Extensible generic anomaly detection system)可扩展通用检测系统也是yahoo已经开源出来的软件,源码地址github.com/yahoo/egads。本文并非paper的全文翻译,只是我个人对改paper的总结,由于水平有限,如有错误和遗漏请指正。
早期的异常检测用的比较简单,当前需要面对规模性、易用性、案例限制和诸多异常结果的考验。对此,egads提出了一种通用可扩展的时间序列异常判断框架,同时也运用到了机器学习预测模型,实现了精确性和规模化。
随着软硬件的发展软件的复杂度持续增长,bug数增多的同时也导致软件的可靠性降低,但其实用户对软件的可用性要求却越来越高。监控系统的重要性就凸显出来了,怎么样从系统产生的数据中去判断异常?如何快速准确的定位异常,
