虹膜识别 Iris_Osiris_v4.1(支持OpenCV3.3/2.4.13;win/linux)

代码支持linux和windows平台。需要配置好OpenCV环境,如果没有把对应OpenCV的对应dll路径加入系统path环境变量,运行时,需要拷贝对应的dll到当前目录。
https://github.com/5455945/Iris_Osiris.git中的代码,没有改变Iris_Osiris_v4.1的算法,仅仅是修改了一些工程化方面的内容,添加了测试数据。只要配置好OpenCV,编译后,只需配置好命令行参数,即可调试。

原始图片Iris_Osiris\data\CASIA-iRISv2是从中科院自动化所虹膜数据集CASIA-IrisV2获得。
http://biometrics.idealtest.org网站需要自己注册账号,并且3个工作日后,收到邮件通知,激活后;才能下载。
CASIA-IrisV1.zip有44MB
CASIA-IrisV2.zip有306MB
CASIA-IrisV4(JPG).zip有1956MB
Iris_Osiris\data\CASIA-iRISv2仅使用CASIA-IrisV2.zip中的8张图片。

03 编译

# 根据README.md说明,在cmd窗口,进入Iris_Oiris源码目录,cd Iris_Osiris# 创建一个build目录并进入到build目录mkdir build & cd build# 使用cmake vs2015 update3编译,并指定OpenCV_DIR目录cmake -G "Visual Studio 14 2015 Win64" -DOpenCV_DIR="D:/git/opencv/build/v3.3.0/x64/install" ..# 编译Debug版本cmake --build . --config Debug

也可以使用如(虹膜识别 Iris_Osiris_v4.1源码,mfc测试用例)所述的cmake-gui方式配置cmake,然后直接用vs2015 update3打开编译,调试。

用vs2015调试的,仅需根据自己编译目标的相对路径,指定数据文件夹位置。
