安装whl包的步骤

1.whl包下载路径：https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/

2.安装pip工具：在cmd窗口中，cd跳转到python的安装路径下，然后在cmd窗口中easy_install.exe pip 即可。

3.执行： pip install wheel （在cmd窗口中）

之后再在cmd窗口中输入 pip install xx.whl ，即可安装某模块包；

4.接下来即可在python编辑器中调用了。（如 import pygame）

如： pygame-1.9.3-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl
