Jupyter环境配置error

在配置Jupyter环境的时候，当用Anaconda安装Jupyter的时候出现错误

意思是下载时候链接失败，我自己用的VPN下载的，应该是没有问题的，然后谷歌出来发现运行一行命令解决问题

conda config --set ssl_verify no

然后安装OK
