TIVOLI deadtime define issue( deadtime is early to starttime ?)

 This experience is about time zone issues.
  1: Due to the time zone of Singapore and Australia, when singapore is 0:00 ( the beginning of one day ),
        the Australia time is 3:00, so the time of "3:00" (AEST) is the peek of this issue.
  2: So if the deadtime is 2:59 am ,you can define the job running time: "+1 days" ,although you can "see"
      deadtime is before beginning time ,but it is correct ,example:
          AT 0300 UNTIL 0259 + 1 DAYS
          AT 0600 + 1 DAYS UNTIL 0259 + 1 DAYS
