在使用VMserver 虚拟机上安装RAC，共享了磁盘，开机时出现这样的问题：
cannot open the disk '...' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.
reason:failed to lock the file.
在各个虚拟机中加入以下一条可解决：
disk.locking = "FALSE"
