启动tomcat报异常Publishing failed with multiple errors

部署好项目之后，启动tomcat，有时候会出现一下异常：
Publishing failed with multiple errors
Resource is out of sync with the file system: '/dmsweb/flex/dmsflex/AC_OETags.js'.
Resource is out of sync with the file system: '/dmsweb/flex/dmsflex/FileBrowse.js'.
解决方法：
只要右击项目，选择刷新（refresh），刷新下tomcat
