Windows下配置Perl开发环境

步骤：

1. 安装Active Perl

  重启Windows后，在"cmd"窗口输入"perl -v"，可以看到perl版本信息

  This is perl 5, version 16, subversion 2 (v5.16.2) built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread

2. 安装Eclipse软件

3. 安装EPIC插件

    Help-> Install New Software, Edit "work with" as "EPIC - http://www.epic-ide.org/updates/testing", then you can see the repository.

 4. 安装 Perl debug 模块"padwalker"

     打开“Perl Package manager”，选择"View all packages"，选择padwalker, 点击图标"mark install"->点击图标"Run marked action"开始安装。
