Out of tree builds are impossible with config.h in source dir

在编译tools下的build_libstagefright的时候，由于之前在ffmpeg下面执行过./configure,生成config.h
然后再次在tool下执行build_libstagefright的时候就会出现Out of tree builds are impossible with config.h in source dir这个问题
解决：
删除ffmpeg 下面的config.h重新在tools下执行build_libstagefright就可以了
