编译BCGControlBarPro

第1步.直接在“解决方案资源管理器”-“资源文件”中点右键，“添加”-“现有项”，把C:/ProgramFiles/BCGSoft/BCGControlBarPro/BCGCBPro/Styles中所有扩展名为.rc 的资源包括进来即可。

第2步.打开项目的rc文件，在最后面有一段#include，
