中美最佳工作场所秀 Top 25 Companies for Work-Life Balance

近日，美国职业和企业评分网站 Glassdoor 公布了 2013 年度美国最佳工作生活平衡公司 25 强榜单 （Top 25 Companies for Work-Life Balance 2013），其中诺基亚榜上有名，而 Google 则未能入选。

Glassdoor 此次榜单评选是基于各公司员工对于东家在工作和生活平衡方面的评价，然后依据评分（满分 5 分）来给出榜单。此次排在第一的是赛仕软件研究所(SAS Institute)，得分为 4.5 分。诺基亚排在第 10 的位置，得分为 4.1 分，员工对于诺基亚的总体评价是“诺基亚有非常有弹性的工作时间，也可以选择在家里工作，总之，工作氛围和文化非常不错”。

Google 和 Facebook 之前就以优异的工作环境和福利待遇著称，但是此次却未能进入榜单，也算是小小的意外吧。不过，在2011年的这个榜单上，Facebook 曾经可是名列第 7。

而从完整榜单可以看出，科技企业占据了大半名额，可见国外的程序员们待遇还是很不错的。
