全自动癌症检测生物芯片图像处理仪器上位机(VC++)的软件研发，包括串口、USB通信，自动化控制，二维码识别，摄像头的图像、视频采集，图像处理，数据处理，生成EXCEL打印报表，ACCESS数据库存储等。 2.与硬件工程师共同负责下位机（ARM）的软件开发，包括电机，温度控制，USB通信。 3.维护全自动点样仪上位机软件，包括XYZ轴运动控制，视频采集，点样针，注射泵，阀控制。

Project:biochip cancer detection automatic decvice.

My responsibility is To design and develop onsoftware application. including serial and USB communication, automaticcontrol, qr code identification, the image of cameras, video acquisition, imageprocessing, data processing, generating EXCEL and print, ACCESS databasestorage, etc. And the part 2 is developing the software on ARM with hardwareengineer, including motor, temperature control, USB communication. The part ofwork is maintain the sofrware of sample injection automatic device. includingthe XYZ axis motion control, video collection, sample injection, injection pumpand valve control.
