被人视为正直和廉洁的古罗马政治家大加图，80岁时开始钻研希腊语，这是他周围的人大为不解。他们问他：“耄耋之年，怎么还学习这么难学的希腊语？”

大加图回答说：“这是我剩下的最年轻的岁月了。”

所谓学无止境，现在学习永远不晚。积极向上的人在一个目标之后永远还有更高的目标，寻找超越自我，他们人生的脚步就像生生不息的川流一样没有以意尽头。

Table Topics is about developing yourability to organize your thoughts and respond to an impromptu question or topicquickly, which also provides guests and non-speaker members   opportunities to practice on the stage.

2.      explain the theme

Today’s theme is learning. Learning is an endlesstopic.

Cato[ˈkeitəu], a famous politician[ˌpɒləˈtɪʃn] of Rome [rəʊm] in the old times began to study Greek when he was 80 which puzzledhis friends so much that they asked him:” Why do you study the difficult Greek sinceyou are so old?” Cato just replied:”This is the youngest time I have left in mylife”.

So, you see, learning is an endless process.I’m sure you guys must have many things to share with the others.

3.      encourage speakers to use the word of the day && explain therule(1-2 mins)

In addition, pls use word of the day asmany times as you can.

And each speaker will have 2 minutes

4.      write down names of the speakers on the white board for voting

Conclude:

Learning is an attitude and faith of life.Not only study, but also learning to be a human will make us grow up. It’s willalso decide your height of life and future, at the same time, whether you willachieve your dream or not.

1. 开局很稳，比CC#4(How to say it : Youth)及其之前的台上表现要好。（以前是上场后，自己就打鸡血似的很high，但是并没有很好的引到听众的情绪和参与）。

2. 本次很自然，开始较稳，接着用恰当的介绍开场TT section，用恰当有趣深刻的故事继续描述主题，慢慢就把听众纳入自己的演讲中，效果比较好。

3. 可以发挥比较好的原因之一可能是：穿着较正式。人在穿着正式的时候，潜意识里就会注意自己的言行。一个人的言行在已一定程度上是与衣着有关的。

以后连续几场尽量穿正装，来研究一下衣着对演讲的显著影响。

主持人要在演讲人语塞或其他表现不好并卡壳的时候，给予提示，或者用提问的方式是场面进行下去。

也可以说是注意锻炼控制场面的能力。

总结：

1. 演讲重要的是要找到自己的节奏(cadence['keɪdns])

2. 自我介绍，不仅仅是指自己的信息。还可以根据场景以及其他人（听众）的背景，讲一些涉及其他人的话，会加深给别人的印象！

3. 给别人建议的时候，要考虑别人的实际情况，不能只从自己的角度出发去考虑问题。也许你认为很好的建议、经验或想当然的事物，对方可能吃相反意见；不考虑对方背景及情感的建议或者对话，会使别人反感，即时你的出发点是好的。世界是不同而精彩！
