安装ADT-20.0.3的时候产生'org.eclipse.cdt.feature.group 0.0.0' but it could not be found 没有找到的错误的解决方法

因为，以前安装的时候没有遇到过这样的问题，所以，还奇怪了很久，去百度上查了好几处才确定问题所在，这可能是新版本里面要求的，因为开发安卓的的jni的时候需要使用到cdt，所以我们需要把这个也给安装一下，才能安装adt。去下载了一个cdt安装完成之后，adt安装也成功了。

在这边记录一下下，自己记性不太好，省的下次又忘记了。
