2014会是云计算企业集中破产的一年吗？

渠道经销商再次经受住了一波又一波破产浪潮的洗礼，在2013年继续保持着越挫越勇的良好心态——尽管如此，某些技术基础设施领域在支出方面的彻底崩溃仍是无法否认的事实。

在过去十二个月中，共有293家经销商没能承受住严峻的市场考验、最终轰然倒台，其中285例破产案发生在过去一年——与上年相比增长了2.8%。具体来说，刚刚过去的2013年第四季度共有66家经销商破产，高于第三季度的57家，以上数据来自信贷资料服务机构Graydon UK。

也许现在对此作出断言并不合适，不过这样的结果还是要比去年一月好上不少。当时渠道经销业巨擘2e2由于负债高达4.12亿英镑而导致有史以来规模最大的经销商破产事件。

Graydon UK情报部门负责人Alan Norton对英国本地技术供应商们的应变能力表示肯定，但同时也对当前的严峻形势作出了警告。

“2013年，经销商破产率与上年持平；不过这一比例在2014年有进一步上升的潜在风险，”他告诉我们。

此前血淋淋的教训已经证明，企业破产率很可能承受着行业复苏而有所上升，技术行业同样符合这一规律，Norton补充称。

“即使通过削减成本、避免借贷等手段从低迷形势下幸存下来，很多企业也根本没有能力或者足够的资金帮助自身安全过渡到新的增长阶段以及过度交易所带来的风险，” 他指出，“由于银行放贷情况仍然未能达到政府心目中的理想程度，我们有理由怀疑过去的悲剧性历史还将再度重演”。

信用管理专业企业P&A Receivables公司部门负责人Laurie Beagle表示，经济衰退这一整体趋势会给“每一个人”带来沉重打击，并迫使企业经营者重新考虑运营成本以及发展战略。

“很多企业开始审视自身能够作出怎样的方向性调整、把握哪些收入来源以及需要放弃哪些无利可图的产品线，”他解释称。

与不少分析人士的结论相同，Beagle同样认为在今年之内企业破产现象将会掀起一轮新高潮，特别是在目前利率上升的情况下、这一结果出现的可能性将更为明确。

昨天由英国国家统计局发布的统计结果显示，目前英国的失业率已经由7.4%下降至7.1%。随着失业率向7%关口逼迫，英格兰银行很可能将0.5%基准利率作出调整，而这也是英国自2009年以来首次提高贷款利率。

而根据CBI的调查，目前有越过一半的受访英国企业（51%）表示有计划在新的一年中增加招聘名额——为自2008年以来的最好结果。

今年受到破产威胁最严重的技术企业为云计算厂商，Canalys公司首席分析师Alastair Edwards指出。

“云计算企业的立足根基在于推动人们在短时间内全面投身云环境，但这显然是一项不可能完成的任务，因此他们不具备向全部客户根据需求提供服务的必要灵活性。”

在另一方面，众多经销商已经建立起托管服务运营体系，希望能在保持传统内部技术部门运作的同时向云环境伸出橄榄枝。

“目前赢取生存空间、获得业务成功的关键在于建立起一套多元化商业模式，从而使自身能够切实捕捉到新兴机遇中所蕴含的发展潜力。我们认为云产品领域所出现的破产状况将比传统经销渠道更为严重，”他补充道。

对于某些传统经销商而言，目前的形势绝对不容乐观。当下的负面因素包括：越来越多企业需要IT消费即服务方案、众多服务供应商与集成商也开始客串经销业务，而不少预算充足的企业开始将采购决策者由过去的CIO向商务人士转换。

Edwards指出，虽然自满是任何一家企业的天敌与大忌，但面临当下这种困难局面、渠道经销商倒是应该拿出一些自信来。

“认为渠道经销业务正面临消亡绝对是种非常极端的误解，毕竟这部分市场的参与者们都拥有极好的韧性与忍耐力，”Edwards表示。

即使是基础设施服务领域的绝对统治者，作为规模最大的云服务供应商目前也仍然未能真正实现盈利——云计算王者Amazon Web Services如今仍然在以低于成本的价格销售，也只有这样才能吸引到客户的支持。SaaS企业同样在生存线上苦苦挣扎。

而从地方一级来看，很多云服务供应商都将目光转向了经销商渠道，因为他们意识到自己需要借助销售人员大军来说服客户接纳云计算这种新兴事物。

根据云计算产业高峰论坛（CIF，Cloud Industry Forum）作出的统计，有69%的受访企业已经部署了至少一种云服务，不过仍有71%的受访企业并不急于彻底舍弃内部部署型技术方案。

CIF创始人Andy Burton也认为，大型服务供应商之所以开始投资基础渠道来进行云服务销售，主要是由于感受到了财政数字所带来的压力。

他表示：“经常性收入企业必须依靠足够的营业额来保障自身健康发展，同时也需要相应资金以实现未来增长，不过作为一个新兴市场来说、云服务的实施态势还算健康。”

Burton同时指出，还有很多规模较小的公司正在开发Azure以及AWS等IaaS巨头根本不必考虑的经济测试专利技术，旨在为中小型企业用户提供指导与规划。

他表示，目前整个IT行业所面临的挑战在于“从宏观角度讲供应链出现了严重变动，人们购买IT所经由的渠道已经与过去有所不同。”

“由于一部分厂商会直接接手销售事务、独立软件开发商转型为服务供应商，甚至有一部分经销商选择运营托管服务，这就导致传统供应链发生断裂。”

或许能令各类技术企业稍感安慰的是，英国目前的经济指标似乎比以往某些年头更为乐观，而这有可能带来技术领域支出在一定程度上出现反弹。

国际货币基金组织本周将英国本土的经济增长预期上调至2.4%，而预算责任办公室也终于在2008年之后第一次迎来更为充裕的经费。

根据Graydon UK的说明，过去五年以来英国的整体IT支出增幅为15%，相比之下建筑业与制造业支出则分别下滑了13%与9%。

Forrester公司预计英国在2014年的技术类支出将上涨3%，2015年则将增加5%——但这一水平与增长速度最快的巴西、墨西哥、中国、印度以及美国相比仍然存在差距。
