安装jre时可能出现错误：
This software has already been installed on your computer. Would you like to reinstall it?
This action is only valid for products that are currently installed.
原因是由于之前错误的安装或者卸载，然后使用了“Windows Installer Cleanup Utility”这个工具，导致注册表未清理，重新安装时，windows installer认为已安装。

执行脚本：
