William Stallings. He is an 12-time winner of the Texty Award for the Best Computer Science and Engineering Textbook of the year, awarded by the Text and Academic Authors Association (TAA). All of the textbooks come with extensive support for students and instructors, including for instructors: projects manual for a wide variety of projects, PPT slides, solutions manual, and online mailing list; and for students: a student support page with useful links and documents, and supplemental online material including, for some books, supplemental online appendices and chapters.
