Gitlab 503 错误

同时会有错误：

1.could not locate gemfile

2.Unicorn is not running

最后发现是postgresql没有启动起，看样子是：如果服务器突然断电，postgresql可能不会在下次开机时启动。

解决方法：sudo service postgresql start。
