spring配置

配置spring项目需要配置三个文件：web.xml xxx-servlet.xml contextAppliacation.xml  默认情况下xxx-servlet.xml contextAppliacation.xml 在/WEB-INF/这个目录下，也可以如下指定文件目录：在<context-param>  和servlet的<init-param>指定目录。
