ceODBC 是一个 Python 的扩展模块用来透过 ODBC 来访问数据库的接口（
ceODBC is a Python extension module that enables access to databases using the ODBC API and conforms to the Python database API 2.0 specifications with a few exceptions）。

该版本修复了很多bug，支持 Python 3.2，提升了性能。
