Assortment List - 分类列表

 

The assortment list provides an overview of the listed assortment.

  分类列表为已经列出的分类提供一个总体概览。

 By using the assortment list, the store or customer (assortment user) is kept informed of any  changes in the assortment (new or discontinued articles, price changes, promotion articles...)

 通过使用分类列表，当分类发生任何改变时（新增删除商品，修改价格，促销物料），对应的分类用户（门店，客户）将会同步。

 Assortment lists can be created according to usage and assortment. They can also be prepared in  various forms (printed on paper or as an electronic message for a store retailing system).

 分类清单可以根据惯例和分类创建。并且可以创建多种格式（纸质文档或者电子文档）

 

 Assortment list versions:

     1. Full version: This version contains all articles and article data that are valid for the validity  period of the assortment list version.

         完整版本：该版本包含了在该版本的分类清单中有效期内的所有有效的商品和商品数据。

     2. Change version：This version contains only those articles that have been changed since the last  message was created.

         修改版本：该版本包含了最近发生了修改的商品

     3. Mixed version ：This version contains the last full version with all the subsequent changes and therefore shows the current status. Therefore, it is  possible to print out a current version at anytime.

         混合版本：该版本包含了最近发生了后续修改的所有商品，展示了所有商品的现有状态。

 

  The version administration provides an overview of the versions that have been created, together  with their validity periods, and they can also be displayed on the screen.

   版本管理提供了在有效期内，所有创建了的版本的概览。

   

    

  Selected data in the assortment list from the article maintenance that is relevant for the  assortment user (store or customer).

  分类中已选择的商品数据都和分类用户（门店，客户）有关。

  The source of supply for the articles can be determined so that the store knows with whom to  place orders (several vendors are possible here).

  商品的供应源是可以选择的，因此门店可以知道允许和哪个供应商下达采购订单。

  It is also possible to have the transaction data read here (promotion, allocation tables, purchase  orders). This data should support the requirements planning of a store, for example.

  可以读取到交易数据（促销数据，分配表数据，采购订单）。这些数据可以支持门店的需求计划。

  Store layout information is available for creating shelf-edge labels, article positioning, and for  planning by visual inspection of the shelves.

   门店分布信息用于创建货架标签，商品布置，货架检查计划。

   

   

  You can set up your own cycle control for each type of assortment list when creating assortment  lists.

  当创建分类列表时，需要为每一个分类列表类型设置自定义循环控制项。

  The cycle control includes:

    Lead time - 提前期

    Generation cycle for change versions - 生成变化周期版本

    Number of change versions until a full version of the assortment list is created - 在创建完整的分类列表版本前会有很多版本

    An assortment list type can be assigned to each article - 一个分类列表类型可以分配给任何一个商品

 

    We recommend you create just a few assortment list types along with the article types.

    建议根据商品类型创建少部分的分类列表类型

    The logistic quantity control determines, using the parameters for the assortment list, which  transaction data should be read for an assortment list (for example, previous purchase orders). You must have already maintained the assortment list types to do this.

     逻辑数量控制通过使用分类列表中的参数来控制应该读取哪个分类列表的传输数据。

     For the various assortment list types you must then maintain a key for the logistics quantity, for  example, the earlier purchase order quantities or the actual previous allocation table quantities should be determined by the system.

     由于存在不同的分类列表，所以必须维护一个关键逻辑数量。

     

     

  The assortment list profile groups the control parameters together to generate assortment lists. It  can be used for several sites. An assortment list profile can be assigned to every site, as without an assortment list profile, no assortment list can be generated for the site.

     分类列表参数文件将控制参数组合在一起生成一个分类列表，该文件可以用于很多工厂。一个分类列表参数文件可以分配至每一个工厂，如果没有分类列表参数文件，则该工厂不能生成分类列表参数文件。

     The assortment list profile parameters control the generation and the appearance of assortment  lists. With these parameters, you can determine the following: 

     分类列表参数文件控制分类列表的生成和显示

        Whether IDocs are created for electronic distribution

        是否创建IDOCs。

        Whether the data is stored in the assortment list version administration

        分类列表版本管理中是否存储数据。

        How the articles are organized 

        商品如何组织。

        What data is created

        什么数据可以创建 。

        What an assortment list entry should look like

        分类列表如何输入。

        Whether articles should still appear in the assortment list for the sales period (after the listing  period is finished).

        是否商品在列表有效期到达后仍然显示在分类列表中的销售期间内。

        

        It is better to maintain just a few assortment list profiles. If sites have the same assortment list  profile, they are processed more quickly when the assortment lists are generated.

      建议最好只维护少量的分类列表参数文件。
