Radius: freeradius, software version: 1.1.7: OS: Fedore 8.

Configuration file location: /etc/raddb.

Configuration file list:

radiusd.conf, eap.conf, users.

            WISPr-Bandwidth-Max-Up = 5000000,    -> client uplink rate limit.
            WISPr-Bandwidth-Max-Down = 6000000    -> client downlink rate limit.
