OCIServerAttach failed ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

之前在上一篇文章里：http://blog.csdn.net/ludonqin/article/details/48463307，介绍了如何使用instantclient ，配置oracle客户端，
但，有反馈说，按照步骤配置，在连接时，报 OCIServerAttach failed ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
排查之后，发现是监听文件tnsnames.ora的问题，将里面的注释信息，如下红圈里，删除即可
