ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

1.      安装HA-Instant Client-v11.2.0.3.0.exe

2.      安装PLSQL_Developer_cngr

3.      将tnsnames.ora放到HA-Instant Client-v11.2.0.3.0.exe安装目录下的network\admin目录下

4.      在PLSQL_Developer_cngr中配置工具→首选项

5.      输入正确的用户名密码之后，一直报错ORA-12154:TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified。

6.      网上的解决办法都是重启oracle服务之类的，但是本机确实是没有安装oracle，plsql的安装路径也是没有问题的。

7.      最终的解决方式是：配置环境变量：

       变量名为：TNS_ADMIN

       变量值为：tnsnames.ora 文件所在路径
