一、安装 Composer

Laravel 框架使用 Composer 来管理其依赖性。所以，在你使用 Laravel 之前，你必须确认在你电脑上是否安装了 Composer。

二、安装 Laravel

通过 Laravel 安装工具

首先，使用 Composer 下载 Laravel 安装包：

composer global require “laravel/installer=~1.1”
请确定把 ~/.composer/vendor/bin 路径放置于您的 PATH 里， 这样 laravel 执行文件就会存在你的系统。

三、 生成项目

一旦安装完成后，就可以使用 laravel new 命令建立一份全新安装的 Laravel 应用，
例如：命令行 laravel new blog

四、运行项目

1、使用项目内的artisan文件

cmd 项目路径下
php artisan serve
artisan 是项目下的一个文件
浏览器localhost:8000即可访问
localhost:8000/art

2、apache 的方式

因为在Laravel框架中，没有index.php文件，而是用server.php文件来替代的，所以我们需要修改Apache的http.conf文件，
LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so
前面的#注释去掉
在下面添加server.php即可。
访问：
http://localhost/bg/server.php/art
或者http://localhost/bg/public/index.php/server.php/art
怎么将server.php去掉还不知道。
